POKCOY CAH BAWANG PUTIH 1 ikat pokcoy 2 sg baput geprek cincang halus 1 sdm saus tiram 1 sdm kecap asin 1/4 sdt gula pasir 30 ml air 2 sdm minyak goreng 1 sayur : rebus air mendidih + 1 tetes minyak goreng + sejimpit garam pokcoy masuk > 1 menit angkat, rendam dalam air dingin matang 2 saus : wajan, 2 sdm minyak goreng bw putih tumis Harum + air + tiram + kcp asin + gula, tggu air surut sedikit 3 sayur > piring, tuangi saus
